Ingredients
- 7 cl POLLY French Aperitif
- 3 cl frisches Eiweiß (oder vegane Alternative)
- 3 cl Orangensaft
- 2 cl Vanillesirup
- gemahlene Himbeeren
Directions
- Gib den POLLY French Aperitif, das Eiweiß, den Orangensaft und den Vanillesirup in einen Shaker.
- Schüttle die Mischung zunächst kräftig ohne Eis (Dry Shake).
- Füge nun reichlich Eiswürfel hinzu und schüttle den Drink erneut kräftig, bis er gut durchgekühlt ist.
- Seihe den Mix durch ein Barsieb in eine elegante Cocktailschale oder ein flaches Glas (Tumbler) ab.
- Das Finish: Warte kurz, bis sich der Schaum abgesetzt hat, und bestäube ihn mithilfe einer Schablone vorsichtig mit dem Beerenstaub z.B. in Form eines Herzes.
