The best thing about this Halloween drink? It can be mixed in just a few minutes and is easy to prepare in advance. Simply freeze the blueberry ice balls the day before and create the bloody glass rim with a few drops of strawberry syrup. That way, you’ll have more time for your guests at your Halloween party, and everyone can join in the fun, whether they drink alcohol or not. Mindful enjoyment has never been so frightfully fun.

Mocktails
Zutaten
- 50 ml POLLY French Aperitif
- 150 ml Wildberry-Limonade
- Erdbeersirup für den “blutigen” Glasrand (alternativ ein anderes rotes, fruchtiges Sirup)
- Blaubeeren
- Optional: 2-3 Tropfen grüne Lebensmittelfarbe
Zubereitung
- Vorbereitung Blaubeer-Eiswürfel-Augen: Lege in jede Mulde einer Kugel-Eisform eine Blaubeere, fülle die Form mit Wasser auf und lass sie mindestens 4 Stunden, am besten über Nacht, im Gefrierfach durchfrieren.
- Blutigen Glasrand zaubern: Gib etwas Erdbeersirup auf einen flachen Teller. Tauche ein Weinglas kopfüber mit dem Rand hinein und dreh es dann wieder um, damit der Sirup wie Blut am Glas herunterläuft.
- Löse die Blaubeer-Eiskugeln aus der Form und gib sie ins Glas.
- Gieße 50 ml POLLY French Aperitif über die Eiskugeln.
- Fülle das Glas mit 150 ml Wildbeeren-Limonade auf.
- Optional: Gib 2-3 Tropfen grüne Lebensmittelfarbe dazu und rühr einmal vorsichtig um, bis dein Halloween Drink giftgrün leuchtet.
