- Gib den POLLY Espresso Aperitif, den gekühlten Espresso, den Vanillesirup und den POLLY Caribbean Classic zusammen mit reichlich Eiswürfeln in einen Shaker.
- Kräftig shaken, bis sich auf der Oberfläche ein feiner, cremiger Schaum bildet.
- Seihe den Drink durch ein Barsieb in eine vorgekühlte Cocktailschale oder ein Martiniglas ab.
