Ingredients
- 4 cl POLLY Pink London Classic
- 2 cl Zitronensaft
- POLLY Sparkling Blanc
- Zuckerwatte (alternativ: Zuckersirup)
- Eiswürfel
Directions
- Shake it! Eiswürfel, die 4 cl POLLY Pink London Classic, die 2 cl frischen Zitronensaft und falls keine Zuckerwatte vorhanden, 2 cl Zuckersirup in den Shaker geben und 10-20 Sekunden kräftig schütteln.
- Den kalten Mix nun ohne das Eis durch ein Sieb in ein Glas ohne Eis geben - clean und smooth.
- Magic moment! - Wenn vorhanden, eine große Portion Zuckerwatte über das Glas legen.
- Mit POLLY Sparkling Blanc vorsichtig durch die Zuckerwatte ins Glas gießen und staunen wie sie sich auflöst.
