Ingredients
- 5 cl POLLY Pink Aperitif
- 3 cl Zitronensaft
- 3 cl Eiweiß (optional)
- 1,5 cl Zuckersirup
- Zum Garnieren: ein paar frische Himbeeren oder Himbeerstaub
Directions
- Einen Shaker mit Eis füllen.
- Italian Aperitif, Zitronensaft, Eiweiß und Zuckersirup in den Shaker geben und kräftig shaken.
- Anschließend einmal abseihen, um das Eis zu entfernen und erneut in den Shaker geben, ohne Eis.
- Noch einmal kräftig shaken.
- In einen mit Eis gefüllten Tumbler geben und mit Himbeerspieß/Himbeerstaub garnieren. Cheers!
