Ginger basil smash

All ginger fans listen up. This spicy cocktail is for everyone who wants a non-alcoholic and sparkling hot drink. For the Ginger Basil Smash with our POLLY London Classic you need the following things.
Ingredients:
- 8cl POLLY London Classic
- 4cl sugar syrup
- 2 lemons
- ½ bunch basil
- ice cubes
Preparation:
Step 1: Place lemon wedges, basil & 4 cl simple syrup in a cocktail shaker and crush vigorously with a pestle.
Step 2: Add 8cl of POLLY London Classic.
Step 3: Fill with ice cubes and shake vigorously.
Step 4: Fill the glass with ice cubes and strain the POLLY mixture into the glass.
Step 5: Garnish with basil if you like.
POLLY Bramble

Now it's getting berry-fruity! We mix our POLLY London Classic into a fruity, sour, non-alcoholic summer cocktail. Not only because of its taste, but also because of the great color, the drink makes a good impression.
Ingredients:
- 5cl London Classic
- 2 cl lemon juice
- 1cl sugar syrup
- 5-6 blackberries to mash
- 1-2 blackberries for decoration
- ice cubes
Preparation:
Step 1: Place the blackberries in a cocktail shaker, then mash with a pestle.
Step 2: Then fill the shaker with ice cubes.
Step 3: Add our London Classic, lemon juice and simple syrup and shake vigorously.
Step 4: Strain into a glass with ice cubes.
Step 5: Decorate with more blackberries as you like.
Watermelon POLLY soda

Watermelon + rosemary + POLLY = super delicious. Fruity-fresh watermelon meets spicy rosemary and our sparkling hot POLLY London Classic.
Ingredients:
- watermelon
- 5cl POLLY London Classic
- soda water
- rosemary sprig
Preparation:
Step 1: In a cocktail shaker, mash a sprig of rosemary and several pieces of watermelon with a pestle.
Step 2: Fill the shaker with ice cubes.
Step 3: Add 5cl London Classic and shake.
Step 4: Now strain into a glass using a strainer.
Step 5: Top up with soda water.
Step 6: Decorate with watermelon and rosemary as you like.
Juniper tonic

We are fans of our London Classic mixed with tonic. This is where juniper comes into play and tastes even better! Ready to Mix?
Ingredients:
- 4cl London Classic
- 2 cl juniper syrup
- 2 cl lemon juice
- tonic water
- lemon wedges
- rosemary sprig
Preparation:
Step 1: In a cocktail shaker with ice, mix the juniper syrup, lemon juice and London Classic and shake vigorously.
Step 2: Pour into a glass with ice cubes.
Step 3: Top up with tonic water.
Step 4: Garnish with lemon wedge and rosemary. Cheers!

Ingredients:
- 4cl London Classic
- 2 cl soda water
- 11 cl pomegranate juice
- 1cl lemon juice
- ice cubes
- pomegranate seeds
Preparation:
Step 1: Fill cocktail shaker with ice.
Step 2: Add London Classic, pomegranate juice, lemon juice to the shaker and shake vigorously.
Step 3: Pour into a glass with ice cubes.
Step 4: Top up with soda water.
Step 5: Garnish with pomegranate seeds for decoration.
POLLY espresso

- 4cl cold espresso
- 2cl lime syrup
- lime
Preparation:
Step 1: Brew 4cl espresso and let it cool down.
Step 2: Cut off a piece of the zest of the lime for decoration.
Step 3: Fill glass with ice and add espresso, lime syrup & London Classic
Step 4: Stir and decorate with lime zest.
French 75

Simple recipe – super tasty drink. The French 75 now with our non-alcoholic gin alternative.
Ingredients:
- 3cl POLLY London Classic
- 1cl cane sugar syrup
- 100 ml non-alcoholic sparkling wine
- ½ lemon
Preparation:
Step 1: Cut off the lemon zest in a spiral.
Step 2: Squeeze the juice from half a lemon.
Step 3: Mix the London Classic, lemon juice and simple syrup in a cocktail shaker with ice.
Step 4: Strain into a glass through a bar strainer.
Step 5: Pour non-alcoholic sparkling wine and decorate with lemon zest.
