8 cl POLLY London Classic
4 cl sugar syrup
Juice of 2 lemons
½ bunch of fresh basil
ice cubes
Place the basil and lemon juice in a shaker and gently press the basil with a muddler.
Add the POLLY London Classic and the sugar syrup .
Fill the shaker generously with ice cubes .
Shake vigorously for about 10-15 seconds until the outside of the shaker is fogged up.
Strain the drink through a bar strainer into a tumbler glass filled with fresh ice.
Garnish the drink with a fresh basil sprig.
