Ingredients:

• 6 cl POLLY Citrus Aperitif

• 5 basil leaves

• 3 cl lemon juice

• 1.5 cl agave syrup

• Sparkling water (for refilling)

• 1 lemon slice (for garnish)

• ice cubes

Preparation:

1. Place 4 basil leaves and 3 cl of lemon juice into a cocktail shaker and gently muddle the leaves to release the essential oils.

2. Add the POLLY Citrus Aperitif , agave syrup and ice.

3. Close the shaker and shake vigorously until the outside of the shaker feels well chilled.

4. Strain the drink into a tumbler filled with fresh ice.

5. Fill the glass with sparkling water and stir briefly.

Zutaten

• 6 cl POLLY Citrus Aperitif

• 5 Basilikumblätter

• 3 cl Zitronensaft

• 1,5 cl Agavendicksaft

• Sprudelwasser (zum Auffüllen)

• 1 Zitronenscheibe

• Eiswürfel

Zubereitung

1. Basilikumblätter und Zitronensaft in einen Cocktailshaker geben und leicht muddeln.

2. Den POLLY Citrus Aperitif, Agavendicksaft und Eis hinzufügen.

3. Kräftig shaken, bis der Drink gut gekühlt ist.

4. Anschließend in einen mit Eis gefüllten Tumbler abseihen.

5. Mit Sprudelwasser auffüllen und kurz umrühren.

6. Mit einer Zitronenscheibe und einem Basilikumblatt garnieren.
