Ingredients
- 4,5 cl POLLY Mexican Classic
- 2,5 cl POLLY Italian Aperitif
- 1,5 cl Erdbeersirup (alternativ Zuckersirup)
- 2 cl Zitronensaft
- 1 Eiweiß (bei Bedarf weglassen)
- Eiswürfel
Directions
- Alle Zutaten ohne Eis 10-15 Sekunden kräftig shaken! (Dry Shake)
- Eiswürfel dazugeben und erneut 10-15 Sekunden shaken! (Wet Shake)
- In ein Glas ohne Eiswürfel abseihen! Die Schaumkrone setzt sich oben perfekt ab.
- Mit einer (getrockneten) Orange oder frischer Erdbeere oder einer Zitronenzeste garnieren & genießen!
