5 cl oat milk (or your favorite milk alternative)

Grab a mixer or hand whisk and whisk the mixture vigorously until it's creamy, light brown, and mostly stiff peaks. This may take a few minutes, but it's worth it!

- 5 cl POLLY Espresso Aperitif
- 2 EL Instant Kaffee (löslicher Kaffee)
- 2 EL Zucker
- 2 EL heißes Wasser
- 5 cl Hafermilch
- Eiswürfel
Directions
- Gib Instant Kaffee, Zucker und heißes Wasser in ein hohes Gefäß.
- Schlage die Mischung mit einem Rührgerät/Stabaufschäumer kräftig auf, bis sie cremig, hellbraun und überwiegend steif ist.
- Fülle ein hohes Glas mit Eiswürfeln.
- Gieße Hafermilch und POLLY Espresso Aperitif über das Eis und verrühre beides kurz.
- Löffle die aufgeschäumte Kaffeemasse vorsichtig über die Eiswürfel in das Glas, sodass sich die Schichten bilden.
