What makes a sour so special is its creamy foam head, which we achieve perfectly even in the non-alcoholic version. The secret? The so-called "dry shake" method. First, all the ingredients are shaken with ice to chill and combine them. Then, the ice is removed, and the drink is shaken vigorously again. This creates the airy, fine foam that makes this cocktail so distinctive. The base for the flavor comes from our POLLY Amaretto Aperitif , which combines the typical almond notes with the sweetness of orange and the acidity of lemon.
