First, all ingredients are shaken with ice to chill and blend them. Then, the ice is removed and the drink is vigorously shaken again. This creates the airy, fine foam that makes this cocktail so unmistakable. The flavor base is provided by our POLLY Amaretto Aperitif , which combines the typical almond notes with the sweetness of orange and the acidity of lemon.

Ingredients:

3 cl orange juice

3 cl egg white (optional)

1 cl lemon juice

Sugar syrup to taste

ice cubes

1 orange (for garnish)
Preparation:

Fill a shaker with ice.

Add Amaretto Aperitif , orange and lemon juice, egg white and sugar syrup to the shaker.

Shake vigorously.

Then remove the ice and shake vigorously again (this "dry shake" creates the creamy foam!).

Strain into a tumbler filled with ice.
