POLLY Pink Spritz
Fruity, floral and wonderfully refreshing.
- 5 cl Pink Aperitif
- 15 cl Sprite Zero (or other lemonade)
- Plenty of ice
- Fresh raspberries & blueberries (for garnish)
Fill a wine glass with ice. Add the POLLY Pink Aperitif and top up with Sprite Zero. Stir briefly, garnish and enjoy.

Our idea for your pink cocktail
POLLY Pink Sour
- 6cl Pink Aperitif
- 5cl lemon juice
- 3cl egg white (optional)
- 1.5cl sugar syrup
Fill a shaker with ice. Add Italian aperitif, lemon juice, egg white and sugar syrup to the shaker and shake vigorously. Then strain once to remove the ice and return to the shaker without ice. Shake vigorously again. Pour into a tumbler filled with ice and garnish with a raspberry skewer/raspberry dust.

Finde ihn richtig gut. Flasche ist schon fast leer, daher werde ich ihn nachbestellen. Der Geschmack hat mich total überzeugt und da er zuckerfrei ist, kann ich ihn ganz ohne schlechtes Gewissen genießen.

Alcohol-free: A beverage may contain up to 0.5 per cent alcohol by volume.
0.0% or "non-alcoholic": A beverage must guarantee that it contains no alcohol, i.e. 0.0% by volume. It is therefore important for you to know that POLLY products are always alcohol-free by law and therefore contain less than 0.5% alcohol.
Please note: our products are not drunk neat, but mixed with a suitable mixer such as tonic water or lemonade. This further reduces the alcohol content of our drinks in the finished mixed drink.
