Preparing this drink is straightforward and fun. Muddled together the lime and mint releases the essential oils and provides the intense aroma that defines a perfect mojito.
1 tsp cane sugar
½ lime , quartered
2 sprigs of fresh mint
Bionade 'Naturally cloudy lime' for refilling
ice cubes
Place the cane sugar and the quartered lime into a highball glass.
Muddle the lime pieces with the sugar to release the juice and flavors.
Add the POLLY Caribbean Classic .
Fill the glass with ice cubes .
Briefly tap the mint stems against your palm to activate the aromas and then add them to the glass.
Top up the drink with Bionade 'Naturally Cloudy Lime' .
Stir briefly and serve the drink.
