Fruity, sour, colourful. Blackberry meets POLLY.

you need

  • 5cl POLLY London Classic
  • 2 cl lemon juice
  • 1 cl sugar syrup
  • 5-6 blackberries to mash
  • 1-2 blackberries for decoration
  • ice cubes

How to:

  • Lightly mash the blackberries in a tumbler using a pestle
  • Fill up with ice cubes.
  • Add London Classic , Lemon Juice & Simple Syrup & stir.
  • Decorate with more blackberries if you like.
